Why It Works
We remove the two biggest obstacles to staying consistent:
TIME...
you don’t have to plan, shop, cook, or clean.
NUTRITION...
every meal is chef-made, balanced, and packed with 40–60g protein.
That way, you can train hard, recover properly, and still eat like an athlete without the hassle.

James Hunter, Professional Chef & AFN Founder
“AFN is built on the same principles I’ve lived by in kitchens for 30 years: flavour, consistency, and integrity. Each week’s meals are made in-house, using fresh local ingredients. Production is capped to protect quality, and every batch is cooked, packed, and delivered the same day. It’s performance nutrition, executed with the standards of a professional kitchen.”
FAQs
What makes AFN different from other meal prep services?
We hold ourselves to one standard: the highest possible quality across nutrition, taste, ingredients, presentation, and service. Every detail — from chef-level cooking to free delivery — is built around that.
What exactly do I get when I join?
Each week you’ll receive 10 meals: 2 portions of 5 different dishes. Delivery is free every Sunday evening. Menus change weekly, with two proven favourites repeated each month.
Who are AFN meals for?
They’re designed for serious athletes and gym-goers who want larger portions, high protein, and premium ingredients. They’re not for people chasing the cheapest option or who see food as “just fuel.”
How are the meals designed?
Every dish delivers 40–60g protein, balanced carbs and fats, and is portioned with precision. With 20+ years of chef experience, flavour is never an afterthought.
How fresh are the meals and how long do they last?
Meals are cooked, packed, and delivered on the same day. They stay fresh in the fridge for 5–7 days.
When and where do you deliver?
We deliver across South Down every Sunday evening. You’ll get a 30-minute time slot a few hours ahead, and we’ll confirm directly with you to make sure it works.
Where do you source your ingredients?
Locally, wherever possible. Everything is fresh and made from scratch — no frozen shortcuts, no additives.
Is payment recurring?
No — it’s a one-time weekly payment, not an automatic subscription
